All sales are final. Once an order or booking is confirmed, cancellations, changes, or refunds are not permitted.

Due to the nature of our services, we must purchase ingredients and allocate labor in advance to prepare your order. These costs are incurred immediately upon confirmation and cannot be recovered.

By placing an order or booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to this no cancellation, no refund policy under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in schedule, personal conflicts, or unforeseen events.
